I blame Wynton, what was the question?
There are only 10 types of people in the World, those who understand binary and those that don't.
This weekend's pick is Rattlemouth's Fist Full of Iffy - a doozy!
Soft Machine this time - Grides - a cracking live recording of a classic lineup.
^^ Agreed...if I didn't already own this I'd be all over it. Crazy awesome deal for fans looking to fill out the collection.
If you're actually reading this then chances are you already have my last album but if NOT and you're curious:

Also, Ephemeral Sun: it's a thing and we like making things that might be your thing: https://ephemeralsun.bandcamp.com
"Improvisation is not an excuse for musical laziness" - Fred Frith
"[...] things that we never dreamed of doing in Crimson or in any band that I've been in," - Tony Levin speaking of SGM
I was in the need of Grides so timing of deal was great
Grides is excellent. Got it on CD soon after its release.
Thank you so much, guys. I'd overlooked the email somehow and didn't realize Grides was the album on sale this weekend. This is my favorite Soft Machine lineup by far, and I didn't have the CD so I grabbed the digital copy.
Listening now, and it's wonderful (of course).
Grides playing now in headphones. Elton Dean, bloody hell!
Thinking Plague’s Early Plague Years this weekend!

And now, Led Bib's The Good Egg - a live album from 2014.
This is becoming a habit...
The Good Egg? Been meaning to check this one out for a while! Just bought it.
Great album

Alec K. Redfearn and the Eyesores - Sister Death
For some reason I never made time to listen to this band, but decided that now's the time to start.
Also if you buy it today (Bandcamp Friday) the whole of your $5 will go to Cuneiform.

“Remember, if it doesn't say "Cuneiform," it's not prog!” - THE Jed Levin
Any time any one speaks to me about any musical project, the one absolute given is "it will not make big money". [tip of the hat to HK]
"Death to false 'support the scene' prog!"
please add 'imo' wherever you like, to avoid offending those easily offended.
