2014 weekend Jibberjazz festivals in PA

I probably should have left Jibberjazz out of the thread title because these weekend festivals are a musical mix of R&R, prog, funk & jam bands with sprinkles of folk & jazz for contrast, so once the warmer weather comes, the annual series of Jibberjazz festivals in and around PA commence.....
On the weekend of April 25th thru 27th, the NINTH "Some Kinda Jam" music and camping festival will again be held at the Shuylkill Haven fairgrounds near Reading Pennsylvania.
25 bands, three stages, a hassle -free environment (and great light shows) are only part of this growing springtime event.
    see http://www.jibberjazz.com/home.html
I'll also be projecting visuals on the main stage for the FIFTH "MidSummer Meltdown" on the last weekend in June, when the OZRIC TENTACLES will headline on the Saturday night.. the mid-summer weather always brings a huge turnout, so book early for the best deal. BTW, one day tix are also available.
The ammeneties/hook-ups are great, so if you like camping (or own a camper, van, truck or car) you certainly won't be disappointed with non-stop music that you can take or leave, as the grounds are big enough for quiet areas when you need 'em, away from the crowd. The enclosed night music area allows for raves 'til dawn, a diverse range of reasonably priced hot food, campfire hallucinations or peaceful sleep... whichever you desire.
Try it, the atmosphere is like a little taste of Woodstock without the mud!

OK, never mind. This first wekend might have some mud outside.. but the music will move inside for THIS Friday evening if rain threatens the big stage, and maybe again for the Saturday activities also.
Weather is always a deciding factor for these things... but the hardy will always survive!
