My favorite is Zappa's Peaches en Regalia. That song is the very definition of "catchy". I dare anyone to listen to that song and not feel their mood improve instantly.

And here's another one from my favorite Arena album:

Nostalgia, you know, ain't what it used to be. Furthermore, they tells me, it never was.

Most (if not all) of my favorites have been mentioned, so I'll just troll by mentioning Earth's first two records.

So is their song Switch 625
cant really add much more to this thread --- I may have chosen other songs by certain artists, but almost everybody of my personal faves (outside of Classical artists) is almost pretty much represented so far (No Pride: that is quite a nice original piece, too)

Soft Machine's disco single.
Dungen has some great ones, Vara Snabb (being fast) and Blandband from their latest, Skit I Allt, and Maleras finest, from 4 are great instrumentals among vocal tunes.
Agree about Jessica, and Quicksilver Messenger Service had a great one on 'Solid Silver' (their most underrated album in my opinion) called 'Witches Moon' that is pretty killer.
Agree about Genesis (do the nuerotic - 7 min. version especially) and of course nearly any Kenso piece is a great instrumental.
And 'Maiden Voyage' by Steve Howe, from 'The Grand Scheme of Things' is brilliant.
Of course Hackett has had some great ones, 'Jacuzzi' probably fitting the bill as well or better than any of them.
And one of the very best examples would be 'Sportscar' by Mario Millo from 'Oceans of the Mind'. Super catchy.

I will counter with this live performance by Robert Fripp from 1979 performing FripperTronics live in front of a studio audience:
I will just say that Fripp on his own, is simply amazing. One of my favorite solo Fripp albums is Exposure. And the Fripp/Eno collaboration albums are simply amazing as well.

my music collection increased tenfolds when I switched from drug-addicts to complete nutcases.
Stevie Wonder - Contusion (nice proggy jazzrock instrumental on 'Songs In The Key Of Life')
Not sure if these fit your mold but I love a couple shorties like these
