automatic refreshi

I sure do miss the automatic site refreshing feature or is it already on here? For example: I would love to be able to have the new posts page refresh every so many minutes like it did on the old site on the main board/off topic board. Oh yeah I am subscribe to a few threads but, I would love to see the new ones show up automatically so I can subscribe.

Maybe this would cut down on the bandwidth since you can cache the page?
