Ok, it’s not really a lost 70’s album but, man, this new album could have fit in seamlessly between Contrappunti and Felona! Best new album I’ve heard by any old school band. Cracking tunes in ‘the style’.

This album, Il leone e la bandiera, is also available on Le Orme's 3 CD set Le Orme.. and friends from last year. It is a lovely album indeed.
Good to see this is being released as a standalone album. I didn't buy the 3CD set, because I was only interested in the first disc. Now I can buy it separately. Excellent!

I listened to the 3cd set online, and while I thought the new album was great, the 2nd cd was not essential and the 3rd was a sampler so I will definitely be interested in getting this as a standalone cd.
Same. The new Orme album is indeed very good. There are some interesting moments on the remaining discs.
