Is the "Introducing" legit? There are more counterfeits than real ones out there.

Not really. The standard Capitol releases sold in the millions, so they are by no means rare. Except for a few curiosities like the Butcher Cover, they can generally be found at reasonable prices if you shop around (of course many greedy dealers still try to get unreasonable prices). It can be a challenge to find the earliest titles in good condition, but they are out there.

Matrix number in the run-out groove is "63-3403" catalog number is "VJLP 1062". I remember my mom buying it at either JJ Newberry, WT Grant, EJ Korvette or Woolworth when I was 8.

Which label? Can you share a photo? No biggie if it's too much of a hassle.

They sold a lot of "real" ones in 1964 too though. My grandparents had one, probably bought by my dad when he was a teen.

Yes, it was like that on the original UK Please Please Me album, too. The "Love Me Do" single had come out with a Lennon-McCartney credit, then it was reversed for the "Please Please Me" single and album. Afterwards they settled on the Lennon-McCartney order.
