Always interesting to go a bit under the surface of a country's music scene. So you have Tango, Mercedes Sosa , Spinetta et Charly Garcia, Séru Girán and Soda Stereo...but there are also a lot of other intersting musicians worth to be checked out...
Léon Gieco is one of them, he is considered as the Argentinian Bob Dylan having started in the early 70s with acoustic guitar, Harmonica and politically engaged lyrics...he has a long career so with different styles...as for Spinetta and Garcia I like especially when he takes Inspiration from classical Argentinian/South-American music...

and Raul Porchetto, his 70’s album are phenomenal, Metegol from 1980 changes direction but great anyway

His voice was a bit thin, lyrics and music impeccable
