70's groups that added Orchestral or Choir music

    Hi,

I am trying to create a playlist of groups/singers from the 70's that added large symphonic orchestras to their music.
Few i didn't find (yet?!) in Spotify are:
    Lux Aeterna by William Sheller
    RDM - Contaminazione
    Ossana - Milano Calibro

Asking if you got any ideas of stuff I missed.

    The playlist:
    https://open.spotify.com/playlist/0A...15bedfaece4cb3

    thanks
    M

Banco's di terra springs to mind.

Might be a stretch but Heaven and Hell by Vangelis included a large choir, even if Vangelis played all the instruments (including some symphonic percussion) himself.

Oh, and along similar lines: Klaus Schulze: X
If you're actually reading this then chances are you already have my last album but if NOT and you're curious:

Both Journey To The Centre Of The Earth and The Myths And Legends Of King Arthur And The Knights Of The Round Table by Rick Wakeman have English Chamber Choir participating.

I think that was actually Irrlicht, his first album, where he used recordings from a rehearsal. I think by the time he got to X it was orchestral integration. But I'm not deeply invested in this or anything

Renaissance usually had an orchestra. Strawbs made great use of a choir in Grace Darling. Rick Wakeman used a choir on the final track of Criminal Record. If I am not mistaken, that was the same choir that Yes used on the final track of Going For the One.

Stomu Yamashta used an orchestra for a couple of tracks on the album Go.

Camel used one for The Snow Goose, both the studio-album as the live-recording on A Live Record.

PFM used a choir on The Mountain on The World became the World. Camel on The Snow Goose.
