    New interview with Steve Howe

Some interesting topics covered here. Better than most I've seen/read from him in the last several years, not a lot of stock answers.
Interviewer of reprobate ne'er-do-well musicians of the long-haired rock n' roll persuasion at: www.velvetthunder.co.uk and former scribe at Classic Rock Society. Only vaguely aware of anything other than music.

This might be the best Steve Howe interview I've ever seen. He's so open and friendly. And he smiles so much!

The Syd Barrett stuff is a revelation.
Music isn't about chops, or even about talent - it's about sound and the way that sound communicates to people. Mike Keneally

I see a little dog on his side on the stairway. Am I crazy?

I agree, Steve was in a great mood. It really was a great interview. The interviewer I've seen on prog review shows online and I thought his questions were great. I love to see Relayer live and some of Tales. Thanks for posting the link.

Did Steve smoke a joint or something right before that? He was AMPED!

That is a really nice interview. Howe comes across as an exceptionally nice bloke on this. No nastiness, loads of respect, and simply very pleasant.
