    Last night:
The Bardic Depths - Promises of Hope (Their new one, again with Pete Jones on some lead and lots of backing vocals and loads of excellent sax. There’s a good Gong-style instrumental, Colours and Shapes, with glissando guitar and great drumming!)

    Today:
Jethro Tull - Roots to Branches
    The Muffins - Manna/Mirage
    PT/C/C

Hey, squeeze "Masques" into that excellent line-up and you have the Superfecta studio albums run (first four), perhaps of all time.

Did you see the recently-started thread on it? I did enjoy it. I may have been a bit rough on it in that thread. It’s just not what I was waiting for, but what I was waiting for was probably unrealistic.

    Karnivool - Sound Awake
Mr. Hyde - Reflejos De Un Encierro

Both are a bit on the heavy side but I actually like the Mr. Hyde quite a bit more (it is instrumental though). First listens for both.

Tangent - Auto Reconnaissance (first listen, vocals remind me of Roine Stolt and there are definitely jazz influences)

Yes! Loads of jazz and Canterbury flavours all across the Tangent catalogue.
