Let's say it's the last game of the year and bottom of the ninth in a tie game with bases loaded. The batter hits a grand slam and wins the RBI title by one run. Same scenario but the batter hits what would have been a base clearing double or triple but only gets credit for one run and loses the RBI total by one run. Does this seem fair, and this could of happened multiple times during the year.

Curious.......what do you folks think of the piped in crowd noise that they are using any many of the stadiums? A good idea or not.

Yup, I watched it when it happened. Great story, I was surprised it did not get more national press. The Tigers have a ton of young talent. Some are still making their way up through the minors, but this team is going to be good. My prediction is that they will be a playoff level team within 2 years.
