    Anubis - The Second Hand

(This album is really excellent, this was my first listen in a while and I really enjoyed it. Sounds a bit like Floyd and Porcupine Tree. They're Australian. The songs are well crafted and catchy, with great guitar soloing. You can listen on Bandcamp.

Boards of Canada Tomorrow's Harvest. Another winner from the Scottish electronica duo. Would be nice to see a new one from them.

^ I've played the whole album. There are a handful of funky soul songs on it. And not a single stringed instrument, all keyboards.

I'm still unpacking African Scream Contest, Vols. 1 & 2. These discs are groovy as groovy can be!

I like not every track has a scream on it, but every so often, as you are grooving out, a musician or singer will let out a hoot or holler. Then you smile and think to yourself, "That was a good one."

A long-forgotten and never-was band on the Youngbloods' Raccoon label (#7): High Country. Good hippy bluegrass.
