Its hard to believe he made that much money last year but if so, thats really awesome. More power to him. Its so nice that he finally got rewarded for sticking to what he wanted to do musically rather than selling out like the rest of Genesis. I always felt bad for Hackett that he didn't get to share in the 10s of millions that Banks/Rutherford/Collins were making, but this makes up for it in the end.

Perfectly stated, the article is obviously a joke.

He actually plays in a lot more keys than A flat.

Seriously, I hope that his higher income fans who have some moola can continue to support him. Kickstarters are
    great for this.

    That website is horseshit. ^^^

That said, looking at the ticket prices for his tour he may be the best paid progger in prog-land at the moment. I'd love to go but not for 125.00 for cheap seats. Why so much of a hike from last time? Need more 'pirate shirt budget' or something?

And don't forget his chain of men's clothing stores: Hackett's Jackets...

There's also his porn flick production company: Hackett's Wack It.

I think Kim Poor would like this to be true lol as she took him to the cleaners with their divorce.
I hope he's a millionaire at least---I remember years ago--after he left Genesis he had a pricy condo on Fifth Ave in Greenwich Village---that stuff goes for millions today
