Had a pleasant flight back from CES and refreshed my memory on this one - as I had recalled, I like the shorter songs better
Strong album overall

"When Yes appeared on stage, it was like, the gods appearing from the heavens, deigning to play in front of the people."
Got this on vinyl not too long ago. Great to see the ATCO label again.
Just got their biography for Christmas.
How these guys were able to record some stuff, I still wonder after reading this biography.
Thanks for bringing this back to me attention. I love this disc also. I have it on vinyl and while I was never impressed with it from a standpoint of virtuosity, the JOURNEY that tit takes me on is just exquisite. I think La Cathedrale de Strasbourg is my favorite track because it's so plaintively melancholy while being very jazz-chord intense. The title track keep me with it all the way through and the cliche'd chords used for Akkerman's guitar solo are just perfect. All I can say is Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah.
A spirit with a vision is a dream with a mission!
oh man, i had the pink Atco cassette copy i used to rock the shit out of in my '72 Beetle, this one was always at extra high volume
