As well as choosing at least two cover tunes with the word in it: Kissin' Time and And Then She Kissed Me.

Actually, it was their producers Richie Wise and Kenny Kerner who chose the title Love Theme From Kiss. The instrumental was actually the front half of a longer song called Acrobat. Gene says he has no idea why it was called Acrobat, since the word doesn't appear in the vocal section anywhere. Anyway, the producers cut the second part of the song and renamed the remaining instrumental "Love Theme From Kiss", "Because love themes are popular in Europe". What bearing that had on the track at hand, who knows, since it clearly isn't a "romantic" type of thing, it's just a cool rock n roll instrumental. Gene says to this day he hates the rechristened title.

Simon and Garfunkel get halfway there is "A Simple desultory philippic", not in the title but in the lyric:

I been mothered, fathered, aunt and uncled
Been Roy Haleed and Art Garfunkeled

Yes they did, about 15 years ago. The video had Patricia Arquette in it, and used these weird, trippy video effects.

I thought we were talking about song titles, not album titles. If we were including album titles, how could you leave out Q: Are We Not Men A: We Are Devo, Yessongs, Yesshows, Yesterdays, Who's Next, The Who Sell Out, Who's Last (actually, there's a good reason to forget about that one), Skynyrds' Innyrds, Skynyrd's Last, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, We Want Moore (live album by Gary Moore), etc.

Yes, I know, with bad being the operative word. That's why I didn't laugh.

When they were all in the Bluesbreakers, John Mayall gave Peter Green a birthday present of some studio time, and John McVie/Mick Fleetwood were with him. One of the songs they did was called 'Fleetwood Mac'.

Oh there's also 'Where But For Caravan Would I'.

Really??? 2 pages in and no one here has mentioned Yes???

You were keeping your best situation
    An answer to Yes

(Yes, Yes) And the moment I see you
(Yes, Yes) It's so good to be near you
(Yes, Yes) And the feeling you give me
(Yes, Yes) Makes me want to be with you
(Yes, Yes) If we wait for an answer
(Yes, Yes) Will the silence be broken
(Yes, Yes) Should we wait for an answer
(Yes, Yes) Do we leave it unspoken

    (Yes Yes Yes Yes . . .)

^ As I was reading the thread I was thinking that too but the title of the song is "Tempus Fugit" so technically it doesn't count.

Technically, the thread title says "titile". Didn't matter as I thought, without reading title fully, the thread was about songs by artists with their name in it.
Anywho, anybody say Utopia yet? "Utopia Theme".
