Tokyo symphony performing Tarkus ever released?

Do anyone know if the Tokyo Symphony performing Tarkus was ever released on Cd or other format?
I've seen the YouTube video but I don't know and can't seem to find any info on a release. Thanks for any info.

Love it! Especially the build up near the end of Aquatarkus, just before the Eruption part starts again. And the enthusiasm of the conductor!!
