This will definitely be on my mind when I'm watching this.

    Thanks, Geez.

Currently, I'm kind of hooked on reruns of Barney Miller and Soap but in between have watched or been watching Line of Duty and Babylon Berlin as well as the usual broadcast shows.

I started Line of Duty, the English cop show, based on Lino's recommendation. I recommend it also.

Babylon Berlin is also really good but is a little dark and depressing.

Where are you watching Line of Duty? Sounds like something I'd like to check out.

Anyone else watching The Alienist? This is disturbingly good so far.

But it's probably beautiful, highly-polished antique wood.

Ah, a discerning gentleman! Although it's been used quite a bit over the years and shows some inevitable tarnish.

I got the DVDs from my library. But I'm lucky. Columbus Metro (Ohio) has been regularly rated as the best or one of the best libraries in the country.

All four seasons are also available on Hulu. Not sure about Netflix.

We watched the first episode of season one of Westworld last night. My wife protested, "oh this is one of your shows, I want to watch..". By the last scene, when a certain character kills a fly my beloved was "we'll have to make sure we see all of these before the new season starts".

I am guessing there are probably at least a few fans of "The Wire" on this thread. I am reading a book that just recently came out called "All The Pieces Matter: The Inside Story Of The Wire". For fans of the show it is a great look at the show and how it was created, written, cast, and produced. The book is mostly interviews with writers, actors, and crew of the show. The authors got participation from just about everyone involved in the show. I would guess fans of the show would really enjoy it. https://www.amazon.com/All-Pieces-Ma...words=the+wire
