Pure Reason Revolution - Dark Third vinyl issue?

I bought this double vinyl some time ago and noticed that on the disc 2, side C, there is silence of about 3 minutes in the middle of the track "He Tried to Show Them Magic".

Is that some sort of issue, or is that "silence" meant to be there?
