    I'll play:
    - Big Swifty: the horns are killing me. Some insane, psychopathic drumming from mr Dunbar.

    - The Idiot Bastard Son

    - Dog Breath In the Year of the Plague : only Samla Mamas Manna ever got close to this kind of perfection.

I am not saying Peaches en Regalia. That's too easy.

I know. Probably like a Rush fan saying "Tom Sawyer" or Yes fan saying "Roundabout." But I think there's a reason that's one of his more popular pieces -- it's just very well done, says what it has to say, and leaves. I appreciate him composing in such a wide-ranging way within a compact format.

Yep. IIRC, Frank once called it his ultimate song because it's the only one everybody liked, or something to that effect. It's certainly the first one I thought of.

Pointlessly arbitrary as these lists always are (and especially so with someone like FZ), my personal other picks would be "G-Spot Tornado" and "Inca Roads."

But objectively it has to be in my top-3 as well (it's the first thing that I ever heard of him). I am just counting that others will mention it so it doesn't need my vote too.

Btw, I love your other two picks.
