I speak it a little. I am actually American. I chose my username for the Welsh phonetics to indicate my ethnic background.
I've actually never listened to Hermeto Pascoal, but everything I've read about him makes me very interested in trying out some of his music.
Cool. Fascinating language. I'm American, and mostly "ethinically" English/Scots-Irish but with some Welsh in there somewhere, or so we think. Diolch!

Well, the new one would be a great intro, and not terribly extreme. I know folks who were put off by, say, "Slave's Mass," where Hermeto plays, among other things, a baby pig.
