Given the presence of a shirtless John Travolta in the preview image, I'm assuming this is one of those comedy things, not an actual real list of the actual 20 best album covers, according to whomever. Or are they defining best as "unintentional hilarious" or what?
It starts off as a joke, which goes on too long and doesn't really come off (I don't think the Travolta album is even actually in there), given that when he switches to his actual favorites he gets into showing covers that are as bad or worse than the "joke" ones (the Black Flag one with the nun and a naked man's leg; Angry Samoans; Butthole Surfers).

To him, it's subjective, as a record, vinyl fan. He started out by saying he studied art design or something like that, so art-wise.
I always am a bit confused about the Wall Of Voodoo-cover (at 8:00). It looks so much of a Roger Dean-landscape.
