Yes, you are right. I just love real knobs to play with. Of cause if Cherry Audio would come up with the SH-5, I would buy it immidiatly, while I still have to hope for some extra money, to buy the Behringer. One adventage is, that I might be able to combine it with my old Roland.

Reading this thread has (almost) made me want to become a gearhead. Which I can hardly afford… I seem to have my hands full with my MPKmini and hybrid… and an old Yamaha electric piano.

Makes total sense! For me it was the Yamaha CS-80...and when the Black Corp Deckard's Dream became a reality I decided it was worth it. Wasn't cheap (but still WAY cheaper than the real thing) but I've never regretted it

I had the opportunity to compare many different piano sounds and the Yamahas had the edge. That was back in 2006. I just stick with it.

These little MPK minis are killer along with the free hybrid synth plug in. More than I will ever use in a lifetime.
