Ok, reading glowing things about Electric Strawbs at ROSfest and feeling very deprived NEVER to have seen Strawbs. (The closest I got was seeing John Ford do two sets opening for Roy Harper in NYC.) So, are there any good, possibly recent though not mandatory, DVDs or Blu-Rays of Electric Strawbs, or kickass acoustic Strawbs I should know about? I hope so...
At BB King's in NYC now. http://www.bbkingblues.com/bio.php?id=1925 I had to work, wanted to go. I've only seen them play acoustic, opening for Van Der Graaf Generator a few years ago. Tickets were only $25 too. What a steal. Just got home a few minutes ago.
