I am an old fart. I don't care what other people do. I buy CDs because I don't want this damn Cloud thing they're trying to foist on everyone, and stupid earbuds that fall apart no matter how expensive they are. I have a brand new Marantz CD player still in the box in case my current one dies, and a Generac generator in case terrorists blow up the Grid. And then where will the fucking cloud be, eh? I'll be cranking tunes on a real stereo hooked up to a 20,000 watt generator and you'll be looking at your earbuds going "WTF?"

Actually, I figured that the next time I change my audio gear I'll be buying a spare CD player. I'm going to be 59 this year. I figure that should cover me until I no longer can open a CD cover.
