My Cardiacs Collection Is Probably The Most Complete

I've got every Cardiacs album, studio, compilation and live, in some cases both the Alphabet and the Torso versions. I've got Rude Bootleg on vinyl signed by all in the band at the time. The Seaside vinyl boxset. Several original cassettes. All albums by all the spin off bands and by most of the associated bands. And the covers album and the 2 tribute albums and every 7" single (bar one) and every 12" single and every 12" mini album/EP, and every CD single (bar one). And split singles. And about 10 bootleg cassettes. Bootleg VHS for 1 Cardiacs and 2 Sea Nymphs gigs and orignal VHS for Mares Nest. 10 different badges. A Cardiacs wristwatch. A Cardiacs hat. Several shirts. Gig posters, flyers, postcards, all the Yousletters. The special Cardiacs issues of The Organ.

    I haven't got Bell's book though.

But I think one of the Dutch geezers here might actually have some stuff that I don't have.

    Recordings I'm missing:
    Ditzy Scene CD single
The Cardiac Arrest cassette album - The Obvious Identity
    Cardiac Arrest - 7" single - A Bus for a Bus on a Bus
    Seaside Treats VHS

Cardiacs music isn't a matter of life and death, it's more important than that

There are only two types of music in the world

    1. Cardiacs
    2. Everything else

Genuine offer: if any Cardiacs fans here have an extra copy of the Ditzy Scene single lying around. I'd be interested in a trade.

Pretty sure you already know this, but just in case - there are a few copies of "Ditzy Scene" for sale on Discogs. And "A Bus" 7" too while we're at it, though that one is outrageously priced. "Ditzy Scene" isn't cheap either, but more or less affordable.

Its not bad, but kind of disappointed not to see the original pair of fudge-stained grundies that Jim was wearing in the Garage Concert rehearsal video. Maybe check ebay?

Just went through all the Cardiacs vinyl there and didn't find A Bus, it must've been sold.
As for Ditzy Scene, you're right, they're asking stupid money for it.

A Bus... is listed under Cardiac Arrest, but the price is about five times as absurd as Ditzy Scene.

Of course. Stupid me. Thanks. I Should have bought it back in the '90s when I saw it at a record fair at Ally Pally for 16 quid.
