    Hello!
Last night, we had a nice family BBQ and the opportunity to enjoy these 3 beers:

About 3 years ago I was able to bought it here in CR and once again yesterday:
    Decent ESB, fine & drinkable.

“Quality ale beer” as Steve and Ian wrote and yes, it’s from their signature brew!
    “Winner of the night”

    La Pelona.

It was the surprise of the night brewed by the costarrican Treintaycinco Fabrica de Cervezas:
La Pelona (Death Lady) is a real good american IPA with an aroma of citrus and bitter hops and the mouthfeel is fantastic!.

Such a beautiful fall day. Sitting on the deck sipping a Founders KBS. Life is good.

Working on a SweetWater Triple Tail, a very nice citrus-y IPA. Opened with a Bodhi.

    Mikkeller, Copenhagen

40 tap beers and 200 bottles from Mikkeller, To Øl, and the finest craft breweries from around the world. With the adjoining lambic bar Koelschip, the selection is unrivaled in the city.

Well I finally got hold of some of the Rogue Pumpkin Patch Ale.

After hectoring the local BevMo and Whole Foods and coming up with nothing, our Costco ended up getting a small consignment. I bought a case of the big bottles, though the wife was none too impressed when I brought it home. So, I spared her the details that I've been hunting this beer for two years, and that this was the culmination of some considerable dedication on my part. So I'm set up as long as moderation prevails.

(I plan for this, the remaining Dogfishead Punkin' and a little Anchor Christmas to bring me through the New Year. Seems like a good plan...)
Wake up to find out that you are the eyes of the world.

Trying some PseudoSue for the first time. This is an American Pale Ale brewed by Toppling Goliath. It definitely lives up to the type. A wonderful brew.

Anything by TG is worth trying. One of the best breweries in the time zone for my money.

That peach sounds interesting. I have had some great peach beers and some bad ones, but my guess is it would work great in a sour.

Happy Thanksgiving. I'm going to be cracking open a Frost Beer Works Heavy Whiskey Barrel Aged Imperial Stout in another hour or two. I'll likely share the 22 oz. bottle with my brother and my son.

I had a Founders KBS with Thanksgiving dinner. That's one helluva stout!

Yes it is! Amazing stuff. But I'd have to say the Frost stout I had today may very well be my favorite one yet.

    That's a rather disturbing label.
