I guess it's normal these days, but buying tickets ten months in advance still seems weird to me. At my age I don't know if I'm going to be alive next September!

Wow. Look at all those Poland dates. That country has become a huge prog hotbed (granted it's just two venues). And how many bands of KC's stature ever visit Norway?
I'm holding out for the Wilson-mixed 5.1 super-duper walletbuster special anniversary extra adjectives edition.

Think I'll have to go again....hope they change it up a bit though.

I guess Aylesbury is the warm up, and there will be no other UK dates. They seem to be taking in different countries this time out. I would like to go but I'm not sure I have enough spare cash to commit this side of Christmas.

I'm moving to the UK early next year. If I can get tickets I'll go to both Aylesbury Gigs and possibly one or two in Poland.
    What an opportunity!!!

This just goes to show that when members of KC tell you anything, don't believe a word of it. Tony told me there were no plans at all for KC 2016.

    From DGM

"Writing on Facebook, Robert notes that the King Crimson archive, both audio and video, continues to grow. "Road Dog Wilkins is the KC technician with responsibility for the archive viddying and audifying of King Crimson performances. These archives will be assembled and addressed at DGM World HQ with a view to making available whatever material best represents The Seven Headed Beast Of Crim in its Journeying Unto Joy.

There is no specific DVD or live album release currently in the calendar. It has taken Mr. Stormy approximately 17 years to put the DGM archive into a sortable, workable and available condition. And now here’s a pile more stuff. But best guess is, the Venal Impulse will triumph in 2017 and put-upon innocents will be encouraged to hand over their hard-earned pay..."

I too eagerly await to send my money DGM's way for a more complete live document of The Seven Headed Beast Of Crim in its Journeying Unto Joy.

I managed to snaffle tickets to both of the shows in Wroclaw, Poland. I checked back the next day and the tickets for all 4 shows in Poland and the two in Norway had sold out.
Waiting to see if I can get anything for the two UK gigs... I suspect that might be a tad challenging.

If anybody's on the fence and wondering if they should see this version of King Crimson, I say don't hesitate-just do it. I saw them in Vancouver this past Thursday. They completely blew my mind. I would have seen the 2nd Friday show and the Victoria B.C. show were it in the budget, but alas, no.

The performance I did see was absolutely incredible.

Since all tickets for the two concerts in Oslo were sold out within one hour, they announced an extra concert. This time all tickets were sold even before they were officially available through their website. My brother was lucky to get a ticket, but not me. Buhu!

I wonder if there will be a new studio album out before this tour. They are debuting new pieces on the current tour.

i would probably wager they might release some sort of EP with the drum pieces, the interlude, maybe a recorded version of Hoodoo, Suitable, Radical I&II, and Meltdown?
