    Bootlegging LP's of cherished but banned music by dubbing them onto discarded x-ray film and selling them for 1 ruble on the underground market... I'd never heard of this before! It's pretty fascinating. It goes to show you what the power of jazz and rock music (and anything that is deemed contraband by the ruling authorities) will lead some people to do.
