    Fripp & Toyah Video

    Some interesting points about Toyah:
    1) She keeps fit by riding a stationary bike indoors
    2) She can sing
    3)
    4)

(watch the video and feel free to fill in points 3 and 4 if you like

    Regards,

    Duncan

Something keeps distracting me from following Bob’s guitar tutorial there.

Bob is demonstrating the advantages of being able to play the guitar without having to look at the fretboard.

Sad to say with all the attention this video is getting by being circulated around the net-and I'll add probably the most attention anything prog-related has gotten in a very long time, that the vast majority of the public still have zero idea who Robert Fripp is, and/or haven't even noticed he's even in this video. ;-)

I'll get some flack for this, but I do think it's awesome to see a woman who is not a spring chicken display some confidence, sexiness and humor. Plus when's the last time you've seen anyone dressed up like Robert in a suit minus the jacket at home since this whole pandemic started?

I agree. She's my age (I think) - and I'm damn-sure not as good looking or sexy. It's good to see them letting loose.

And by "them" I meant Robert and Toyah

I think what they're doing in these videos is hilareous/great!
What can this strange device be? When I touch it, it brings forth a sound (2112)

We have been having some lockdown fun at home, busking a song a week with me on guitar and my partner singing. Nothing is committed to video, as we are both extremely amateur, but it’s a fun way to start the weekend, and it annoys the sleeping teenagers. We were going to do a short surprise set at our planned Christmas Eve family party, once we had drunk enough champagne, but lockdown and no mixing killed that initiative. In the end we drank all the champagne without the extended clan, and I couldn’t have negotiated the fretboard

I would trade my wife for a bullmastiff puppy in a heartbeat, but unfortunately, the daughter is allergic. ;-)
