    Necromonkey US Tour 2014

    Hey hey,

    things have started to settle in and it looks like this is the final tour schedule. Due to time constraints we had to cancel the acoustic show at Ottos shrunken head.

    26th August NJ Proghouse w Kotebel, New Jersey
    27th August Pianos, New York
    28th August Orion livemusic showcases, Baltimore
    29th August Trash Bar, New York
    31st August Progday, Raleigh, North Carolina

    Hope to see some of you at the shows. Its gonna be fun.

    We will be playing songs from the first four albums.

    There are also some ideas concerning recording a Bootleg live album from this tour. 2 chunky microphones and soundboard. No studio overdubs or fiddling.

    We have only released two albums but we have the majority of material recorded for three or four more albums already done including a preliminary tracklisting and artwork.

    its gonna be fun! tonight we got thru playing the 10 minute track "being pluto" for the first time...

    A big part of our liveset is new arrangements of the songs...new themes etc The albums are one thing the liveshows something different...

    We are also planning a US west coast run for the spring...! Trying to be smart with gear, merch etc

    I'm not sure I can make the Orion show depending if I have class that night. I'll see you if I have no class! Wait...wha???
    However, we were able to plan on Progday this year and are very excited to see the band there for sure.
    We'll wait to pick up merch there and have it signed.

    I have an exclusive interview with Mattias airing next Wednesday (he was the only person I could find willing to talk to me) and he has revealed there will be a mystery bassist. This is apparently something going around. It will not be John Wetton.

    I will reveal no further spoilers so as not to spoil.
