One of the things I really liked about the old forum-
Write the link (or even just "p" and autocomplete) in the address bar , and youre in the main site, no need for extra menus and clicks.
Is it going to be the same here?

We're trying it out this way for a while, and the mods will discuss in detail after a trial period.

You can of course bookmark the main forum. That's what I do.
I did that, but my bookmarks are a big mess, I need to scroll about 200 links to get to this one.Originally Posted by aplodon

Why don't you put in on the bookmark row on top of the page. That's where the important bookmarks are supposed to be
