24 bands for a 2 day festival? At Reggies, a standing only club venue?
Dude...
Martin this we be a seated festival don't worry buddy
You missed THE golden opportunity to use the name "Chiprogofest"! Come on, the city's not using "Chicagofest" anymore since they switched to "Taste of Chicago". waitaminnit... "Taste of Chiprogo"??... Hmm?
Seriously, good luck with the event! See you there, if my schedule allows... ("my schedule" being my wife, kids & dog...)
It is not EthelFest.
Looking forward to more info about this fest.

Will there be multiple stages? How else do you schedule 24 bands in two days?
Oct 25 we'll be at the Keswick for Renaissance and Al Stewart.
Since that's near the end of my Cyber training, we'll not be able to travel any further.
Sounds interesting though. Guess we'll call it VaporProg until it's properly announced.

Droooool........
Only two weeks after NJ Proghouse Homecoming weekend, which I hope to attend... Living in NC, might be tough to travel to both so close together, but I'm certainly curious about this one.
Yeah, I was thinking about NJ Proghouse as well, and RIO in France is only 2 weeks before that. Will probably only make 2 out of 3.

I blame Wynton, what was the question?
There are only 10 types of people in the World, those who understand binary and those that don't.
How about 24 bands will be on one stage at the same time playing 24 different songs in 24 different time signatures?
Are the Stick Men a headliner?
How many countries will be represented? Do you think there will be any visa issues?
And if I was looking for just one more reason to visit Chicago again, this would be it. :-)
Ah yes, we're going to the NJ Proghouse homecoming as well.
I think the timing for this show should have been a little different, but I'm sure it's been planned for a long time.
I'll have to wait for the DVD!

24 bands? That sounds pretty ambitious. Chi town is only 2 hours from me, we'll see............................
I loved CTTE. Perhaps a big boat will port in Chicago! Anyway, sounds like a grand show and I am excited to hear the official announcement.
Does this festival favor any certain flavor(s) of prog?
