Why is it whenever someone mentions an artist that was clearly progressive (yet not the Symph weenie definition of Prog) do certain people feel compelled to snort "thats not Prog" like a whiny 5th grader?
Japanese Violin Proggers "ptf" are finishing their third album at the moment.
Looking forward to that one!

I blame Wynton, what was the question?
There are only 10 types of people in the World, those who understand binary and those that don't.
As I am often doing, I look at the release feed on Progarchives and then try to find the artist on Spotify (often can) or Bandcamp or wherever. Just finished listening to Emperor Norton (s/t) which PA puts in the "Crossover Prog" catchall category.
Boring. Sorry guys.

Was this ever posted? Released this past May. Like the GG influence.

This is from a single released earlier this year:
Anyone's Daughter - Last Tracks will be released on CD by Belle Antique (Japan)
for the very first time.
The new tracks side is forgettable but the rare live tracks are great.
Window Pain is one of their strongest tracks.
For Neo Proggies: Clepsydra will have a new Album "The Gap" out soon.
Fine album indeed. I found a copy in THE record-store in Amsterdam, Concerto. I love this lazy, sunny atmosphere combined with those Moog- and Mellotron-sounds and other cool (sorry, hot) instruments like fretless bass and marimba.
One of the players, Jefre Cantu-Ledesma plays modular synthesizer in one track and some might know him from the post-rock band Tarantel.
The music kind of reminds me of another album that uses analogue keys in a sunny atmosphere, The Maple Mountain Sunburst Triolian Orchestra:
Here's track 2 from the new Pinnacle record, chosen cuz it's the one I wrote:
^ Like it. The end section...eh, but overall very good. Might have to look this up.
