Hello everyone,
I'd like to inform you that the debut album of ex-Mindwork members melancholic prog-rock project, Face The Day, has been released.
Face The Day is a Prague based melancholic prog-rock project from Czech Republic.
The band was formed in 2014 by two musicians (Martin Schuster and Filip Kittnar) from czech prog thrash/death band Mindwork, after its split up.
The first single "Losing The Anima" was released in the end of 2014 and debut album "Corroding Dreams" on June 2016.
The project is currently studio-based, but there are certain plans to hit the stages in acoustic format soon.
Feel free to listen the album at https://facetheday.bandcamp.com/.
Best Regards
Martin Schuster

Hi Everyone,
My group Medulla (Germany) and I have recently released our first music video, entitled Broken Machines. It will also be the opening track on our forthcoming debut album, due out in October.
Here it is: https://youtu.be/0MxuQJdqapk
And here is our facebook page: facebook.com/medullamusic
We began in our hometown of Austin Texas, and were lucky enough to go on an adventure to Berlin Germany two and a half years ago - we're still here and very inspired, writing new material, planning a European tour, and more!
I'd love to hear your feedback about Broken Machines!
Cheers!
Matt

Watch out for the limited edition.
Further to another thread on one of the bands releases this is to ley you know that The Pineapple Thief have a new release soon. Your Wilderness is being released in a special limited edition that will contain a CD of music soley to that particular release.
As mentioned on the previous thread the band are not considered prog but are still enjoyed by some on here. Whatever they are I am sure the band will still deliver a quality release.

I just saw that Amoeba Split from Spain have a new one called Second Split. I checked it out and it turns out this one is all instrumental, and it sounds really good to my ears. I didn't like the earlier one because I didn't like the vocalist, and I thought her flute playing was out of tune. But she's gone. This new one is very Canterbury sounding, I'm going to get it. ^^Quiescent, one of the three bonus-tracks on Sphére, is dedicated to Keith Emerson.
It's a two-minutes piano-piece, played by Gary Husband.
