Just had a listen to this and it's excellent! Some great playing and the sort of rhythms that really do it for me. Thanks for the tip.

Although the Bandcamp-site mentions February 26 as the date the pre-ordered CD to be shipped, I received mine yesterday.

    It's a fine minimal music/art-rock album (34 minutes).

I love that acoustic version of "Long Distance Runaround".

That's Yes' Live in New Jersey 1976 (the bootleg was originally entitled Open The Gates and it was recorded at Roosevelt Stadium, Jersey City, June 17th, 1976), it's a great set-list and the line-up is from Relayer, with Patrick Moraz on keys. Enjoy!
I wonder if those Mellow Records live-albums are official. A lot of the live-releases they offer on https://mellowrecords.bandcamp.com/ seem to be bootlegs.
    Correct me if I'm wrong.

Mellow Records is a legit lable. It's a lot about Italian Copyrights, stuff that's not recorded in Europe is not very well protected there...

So, while technically a legal release, I think it is a good guess based on your statement about copyrights that the band receive nothing from this, and probably were not in any way consulted about the release. So is there any moral reason I should buy this from Mellow as opposed to downloading it from Dime, for example?

If you're really in a "moral dilemma" about it, I mind you that there's an official Facebook page of the band(s), so you can ask them directly.
As far as I know, none of the bands so far urged their fans not to download from the Mellow Records' page at Bandcamp.

I'm removing a few of the recent posts.

Unless something has changed dramatically, I'm fairly certain that Andrew Latimer is unaware and not receiving royalties from these Camel bootlegs. I'm sure the same can be said for the Yes albums as well (and the other recordings). We generally do not promote selling bootlegs on PE.

And they aren't exactly new releases either.

For lovers of a mix between jazz-rock-fusion-blues-tex-rock Micha Schellhaas' "Double Take" is a fine album.

Great line-up with Dave Marotta, Chad Wackerman and Carl Verheyen.

I really doubt that the bands saw a nickle for these Releases. They might be legal in Italy, nether the less these are bootlegs anywhere else.
