I blame Wynton, what was the question?
There are only 10 types of people in the World, those who understand binary and those that don't.
Oz Noy - Asian Twist Live in Asia
NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF STUPID PEOPLE IN LARGE GROUPS!
"Levels of Undo" new Album by Blue Shift! (remember Not the Future I ordered?)
Huminoita - "All is Two" (second album of this cool band from Finland)
Jesufåglar - ok, this turns out to be an album from 2011, but is quite new for me. Never heard of these guys nor did I find any reference to the name of the band here.
I just heard the 20 minute epic from the new Karnataka album and it is awesome!
Tigran Hamasyan - Mockroot
VERY good ethno-prog-fusion (some here on PE found it even Canterbury'ish)
There is a new Anekdoten due out soon...
Enjoy the moment... It's the only way to fly!
Arena - The Unquiet Sky
Sounds like a band simply going through the motions, not much new here. Hopefully it will grow on me with repeated listens.
Great, it is a finnish band.

My god this is absolutely fabulous. The music is written for the combination of the vocals and the small acoustic ensemble. Think Aranis + Bulgarian Women's Choirs. I got it at www.cdbaby.com
Thanks a lot, Zeuhlmate. How did you learn of them?

You are very welcome. Those who haven't heard are really missing out. I suggest that you start with "The Dream of the Magic Jongleur" their third album and then the fourth, :The Tale of the Golden King".While the first two albums are also great, it was with the third album,"Jongleur" that they really hit their symphonic stride and I assure you that if you appreciate "The Sunstone" you will love these two also. On a more self centered note the fact that all of the artwork on "Jongleur" and "Sunstone" was created by yours truly certainly increases my adoration for these albums, though I would love them at any rate.
I came across the following on Bandcamp over the weekend. I haven't decided if I want to take the plunge or not but I figure this would be right up PE's alley. I haven't seen them in this thread but I did not got through every single page since it just came out a month ago:
Ciccada- The Finest Of Miracles.
