Changing Spotify View

Can anyone help, since the new 'dark' Spotify facia I seem to have lost the left hand side up and down arrows attached to the playlists panel. Also the way you move up and down now seems to rely on picking up the sliding bar , but with the facia being so dark it's difficult to locate. An I missing something , can I change the view/settings.?

Not sure. Its terrible though.
