Yet Another "Name the Album" Cryptic Quiz

Decided to start new because we had multiple quizzes going on at the same time on the other thread. A bit confusing as to what had already been guessed, which number we were answering, etc.

Anyway, here is my contribution. These are more in the style of crossword puzzle clues, rather than single-word clues. Many will not be challenging at all:

1 - Square root of negative one (or narrative thereof)

    2 - Alphabetically, U.S.A.'s ultimate Quad City

    3 - FF0000 for the web

4 - Another peregrination far under the mantle

5 - Grainy strand of intense positive affinity

6 - Crepuscular whereabouts of the South Pole-Aitken basin

7 - Ovine adolescent prostrates for Manhattan dramaturgy

    8 - Earworm of a heptad

9 - Having no principal lead roles while scripturally 'none more dark'

10 - The first Pope, after marrying the revealer of the Quran?

11 - Previously obscure talkbox artiste ejaculates zoetically!

12 - There are more things in there & here than are dreamt of in your philosophy

    7. The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway
    12. Heaven & Earth - YES

Also, I didn't think negative numbers could have a square root.

And yet there is a mathematical symbol for it, as Mister Triscuits tells us:

All correct as well. I could have accepted Frampton Cums Alive! as well, but that might be a porno title...

AAAAGGHHH.....Oh what an idiot I am, the Angel Gabriel of course, I was wracking my brain for that in the theology section, and so Peter Gabriel's first what was it 4 albums? And I've just noticed you even gave me a huge clue to it at the end there. LOL!

And since there's never been an "official" Pope Peter II since Peter (I), I would have accepted Peter Gabriel (I) or just Peter Gabriel as album titles.

    (2) If taken literally, this gives "Rock Island".

A net search tells me it's a Jethro Tull Album, but one I never heard of.

Looking up the "South Pole–Aitken basin" I find that it's located on:

The Dark Side of the Moon!

    by Medicine Head.

(Actually, on the far side. There is no dark side of the moon. Matter of fact, it's all dark.)
