    Early Rypdal- Bleak House

There may have been a post on this or maybe not, but I never knew of this record by Terje Rypdal, from 1968 and sounding nothing at all like he came to sound. But it is really pretty good stuff:

I'm not lazy. I just work so fast I'm always done.

Not at all what I expected but I like it. I will likely buy this at some point in the near future.

Wow ! Thanks ! I've been a fan since the Odyssey release, never new this existed ! Definitely different, sometimes jazzy, (horns!) sometimes almost sounding like the Doors !?! must-own-copy-the-epic-vinyl-hunt-begins-again.......

At least it's been (re)released on a couple of different labels.
    nice review here http://mutant-sounds.blogspot.com/20...968norway.html

The "Get Dreamy" release sounds even more interesting !

Sure enough....I asked my Brother if he had this and low-and-behold, he sends me the whole album mp3'ed.

Heavy hammond on many tunes but most of the stuff is (Jazzy) blues-based compositions thrown through a psychedelic blender. VERY "of its time". I enjoyed it very much.
