Neat! I don't remember which ProgDay it was, but I am so glad I went the year that SMM played! Turned me into a fan.

While waiting in the doctors office today I heard "hocus pocus" by Focus playing on some tv show. I think the show had the word ghost or ghosts in the title but I don't remember exactly what. I'm pretty sure it was a cable show or netflix show or something like that.

Actually, after looking it up on wikipedia it seems it could have been from an episode of Supernatural.

It's funny how a guy who used to be famous for a really crappy pop song a couple decades earlier can somehow become more famous for a goofy internet phenomenon 20 years after his original 15 minutes had ended.
15 minutes? Not really. Maybe to people like you and I who don't follow pop music very carefully. He was actually a bit bigger in the UK than he was in the US though. He actually had two number one songs in the US though and a few others that made the top 20.
