New KENSO studio album due this summer (and concert in August)

I just found out that KENSO will be releasing a brand new studio album this summer. In honor of the album, as well as the band's 40th anniversary, they will also be holding a concert in Japan (at Club Citta') on August 17th. I'm sure that there are many other fans here who will also be very excited to hear about this new release and I wanted to get the news out right away.

Thanks a lot, Thomas. While we've been slowed down a bit due to some unexpected personal/family issues, but I think we should still have the new album finished this year--hopefully no later than sometime this fall.

You are probably correct. And I'll still buy it. After shelling out $65 for the full Nearfest performance, I wont mind a pricy studio disc, I'm willing to for a group I really love.
