    Happy Easter!

Just wanted to give some warm wishes to those of you celebrating the holiday. Spending mine with most of the family this afternoon. A great meal and even better company.

Ooh, sounds tasty! I've only had lamb a handful of times and always love it.

My wife made lamb chops yesterday. So good. Stir-fried kale with garlic, some kind of grain (I don't like asking because I get, "You don't know?!"), antipasto, and homemade sweet potato pie. Doesn't get much better than that.

Looking forward to my day in court.

Lamb chops are hard to beat. I like mine with a couple of fried eggs.

It was the first time I grilled a rack outside.

The trick is to put them on a layer of heavy duty tinfoil, covered, with 15 minutes each side for medium.
