Musica Urbana's Iberia was released on CD by legit label Elemental Music (distributed by in-Akustik)

Canzoniere del Lazio second and third albums (maybe the others too) will be rereleased by Fonè records during the year.

Anything else from this thread that appeared (in a legit way) on CD in between?

I was the first reply in this thread, and the first two items on my list are now out on CD: Ornette Coleman's Crisis (on a twofer with Ornette at 12, which I've never heard), and The Leon Thomas Album.

So at least a few ones saw the light of day, so there is hope for the rest (would have hoped for Yog Sothoth from your list though)

Your best bet is to follow Tom's blog. He keeps up on it pretty well.

Metaphysical Animation at least gets a LP reissue by Black Widow.
(maybe there will be a CD also)

Speaking of great jazz from that era, did New York Is Now! and Love Call by Ornette ever see a reissue? They would make a perfect twofer themselves...

Could have sworn I owned both of these on CD, but I appear to have only NYIN. Looks like a vinyl reissue of that one is readily available.

I know they were on CD at some point in the early 1990's ( when I started collecting jazz in earnest ), but assumed they were long out of print by now. Enjoyed hearing Coltrane's rhythm section with Ornette, though they were admittedly mixed results!

Yes, Blue Note issued New York Is Now and Love Call on CD in the 90's remixed and with alternate takes. I doubt they are in print on CD anymore but they are on Spotify.

There was Japan SHM CD release of New York Is Now last year. So it should not be to hard to find.

Amazon Germany still sells the 1990 versions too.

P.S. the same for Love Calls as well
(the 2017 ones are Ltd. but there are also
    normal rereleases from 2014)

Nice cover art! As near as I can tell, the original release was only a white-cover test pressing. In general, I tend not to be impressed with the covers they choose for these test pressing/archival releases (Between the Leaves by Deja Vu comes to mind).

I need a reissue of Aynsley Dunbar's Blue Whale - the only prog album Dunbar has made, music reminds of Colosseum.

This is one of the most legendary German albums to have never been officially released on cd(afaik). Even the vinyl is rather rare apparently not to mention expensive. Still a lot of prog collectors seem to have it.
Rejoice!!! This has just been re-released on both CD and LP by Long Hair. There are CD copies available on eBay. There is information about the release on Long Hair's website (click on Releases 2019).
