    Wow, need to look more into Walter Booth - this was about 50 years before Svankmajer did this - claymation starts around 5 minute mark..

    Nearly complete: "The Gestation Chamber" - watercolors and ink. Deep inside the Alien Fertility Clinic the hybrids are kept until the birthing process begins.

    I saw this thing this summer in Edinburgh....completely amazing in person. The amount of fine detail cannot be conveyed in words. It's also flippin HUGE.
