    How about Coffinworm?
    Stream their new one here:

^^^ John: Thanks for the rec on Coffinworm. While I must admit that the stream you linked didn't do so much for me, I did check some of their older stuff, which I like quite a bit more. Best of all, I was prompted to hear LUMBAR for the first time, and that's good stuff, for sure:

Yeah, I don't know why I didn't think of The First And Last Days Of Unwelcome immediately for this thread.
I was a bit skeptical when I saw Tad Doyle was in the band, but wow, that is some claustrophobic, sludgey stuff!

Not Sludge-Doom, but I remember discovering them via a mention from a review of Lumbar once. know John Battema lurks in these dank, dark threads o' metal and thought he at least would possibly find this band (and the video itself) interesting...
    I present Sutekh Hexon:

Oooo....I actually have a Sutekh Hexon album! A collab with Andrew Liles. Nice stuff...I will definitely check out the bits here.

Thanks! Back to my slimy lurking...
If you're actually reading this then chances are you already have my last album but if NOT and you're curious:

Also, Ephemeral Sun: it's a thing and we like making things that might be your thing: https://ephemeralsun.bandcamp.com

    High on Fire.
You mentioned SLEEP in your original post. High On Fire is Matt Pike of Sleep with 2 other guys. I'd suggest their latest album De Vermis Mysteriis as it's a bruiser!

Problem with this thread is that some of the recs disappeared into YT copyright land, so....?
