There was a recent study of charitable giving that confirmed it's true. The wealthy on average give 1%, the poor typically 2%. The poor typically give to church and the needy whereas the wealthy endow universities and the like.

If you're worth 1.3 Billion then you give 1.3 million a year. A poor person might earn $12,000 for $120 a year. Percentages can be deceiving. I'm tired and not sure if my math is accurate. I'm hardly an apologist for the rich, I'm a democratic socialist at heart. I'm not sure where Bill Gates and Warren Buffet donate to causes but some of them are certainly social causes.

So, she has this financial difficulty that is believed to be the major factor in her suicide, yet she owns an $8,000,000 piece of property and another million in assets which she could sell to help offset those issues. Wondering out loud if there is more than has met everyone's eyes...
