Thanks for posting this Pierre!
What can this strange device be? When I touch it, it brings forth a sound (2112)
I've been listening to this this evening. What an incredibly beautiful album! Fiori's voice has lost nothing at all, and his compositions here are splendid. Double thanks, Pierre, for posting!
I'll check this out though it's an autobuy for me the day it's released.

I blame Wynton, what was the question?
There are only 10 types of people in the World, those who understand binary and those that don't.
I'm checking it out. Does he sing in English on this one? How come?

He sings in English only on one song.
Possibly to try and cross over into an audience that needs it's vocals in English to be interested. Here in Quebec, he's not seen as a marginal progger but as a mainstream artist. In the rest of Canada, he's hardly known. I'd think he'd be beyond caring at this point, but it's the only reason I can see for him doing a song in English.

is it prog or more like folk
I expect the one track with english was more to drive home the message he was trying to send. It certainly had a different feel than the other songs, so I guess it worked.
Does anyone know where I can purchase the CD?

This sounds absolutely wonderful, and his voice is stupenduous as always.

I can't get it to stream. I'm getting a partial message about updating my Adobe Flash. I'm running an older Mac.. No biggie. I'll buy it the day it comes out.
It looks like my original thread from a few weeks back fell into oblivion so I'm glad this thread seems to be gaining a little interest. I hope he'll play a few shows, maybe reunite certain members of Harmonium.

Apparently I forgot to submit my post that I'd written Thursday
I'll surely buy it... Sampled it and I'm impressed enough, even if the last third of the album seems less inspired
I didn't see an English track title, though...
my music collection increased tenfolds when I switched from drug-addicts to complete nutcases.
Picked up a very reasonably price copy yesterday. I played it a few times and I can safety predict this will bring years of enjoyment. It captures the essence of a a mature Harmonium (not a direct comparison but the spirit/voice). It's a true gem. I've bought a bunch of CDs in the last while and this stands heads and shoulders above the rest.
Still in regular rotation in the car. I think it's one of the best CD's I've bought in a long time.
Though I don't have it in my possession yet, I totally concur! I'm ordering a copy on payday (3/25). While it was available, I listened to the stream at least 20 times (!) Yes, it's a great ALBUM in that not only are the individual songs solid and memorable, it all coheres amazingly well from beginning to end. Even without an adequate understanding of French, the melodies, the emotion, and the voice still leave a deep and lasting impression.
Merci beaucoup, Pierre!
I have Yves to thank for first introducing me to Harmonium, and this album is giving me goosebumps right now!
Off to look for it online.
