    Nothing too crackpot about that idea, I guess. Makes about as much sense as succession from the union or one around the southern area of Texas. Somehow Californication is in full mode in Austin these days, from the way some talk. However from real Californians, not from the north. Guess Bob Parson's visionary plan had it's fifteen minutes. That was actually the first I've heard of it. Such is the mindset of some Texans...
