Clannad in Latvia

I saw Clannad perform last night in Riga Latvia and what a great show! Moya Brennan has one of the most beautiful and ethereal voices Ive ever heard. By the time they played "Newgrange" I thought I had died and gone to heaven.

We met them all after the show and they are very humble and nice people.

Pol and Ciaran told me they are touring the USA in a few days starting in Washington DC. I HIGHLY recommend anyone reading this to go see them.

Thanks for the post. I will be seeing Clannad this Friday evening in Harrisburg, Pa. I saw them last year at The Keswick Theater and they were very good.

Yeah, I just checked and it's barely a US tour at all. After 4 northeast shows they move west but it's a string at BB Kings, some House of Blues venues and a Hard Rock Casino. WTF? Just seems like it was thrown together without much thought.
