The last one I remember reading had that Asian violinist on the cover, but I feel like I received a copy after that.
Summer of 2018 Dixie Dregs on the cover. I have them all and a lot I have never opened yet. I'm waiting until when I retire with nothing to do and sit on the back deck with a cold one and have Stormy Daniels sit on my lap reading me the articles.

Holy crap has it been that long? I think he tries to have one out for RoSfest and then maybe another in the fall for ProgStock or what have you. But yeah, the one with the Dixie Dregs on it had a review of our album and man that seems like a long time ago. It's a labor of love for sure but I wish he had a bigger team to allow for more issues per year.

One of the reasons why bands and labels won't sent out physical promos anymore; a lot of reviewers have this practise

The bigger issue is that not only his he selling them, he puts in the descriptions that they are either new/opened or never-listened-to. Bands sent him this music for free to get reviews. It's one thing if he never listened to them, but it's mind-blowing that he admits it publicly on Discogs.

I guess all the copies of Progression I ordered for everyone on PE won't be there by Christmas.

Sure they will. If we follow the delivery schedule from previous years, those should arrive in time for Christmas 2021.

Maybe he is just trying to get some cash together to put out another copy of Progression. Festivals do the same thing.

I hear he has had some health issues but on the mend. Doesn't excuse the lack of transparency.

The latest issue I have is #73, dated Fall/Winter 2017. There has been only one more issue since then, dated Summer 2018.

If we had universal healthcare we wouldn't have this problem.

Perhaps it's gone from being a periodical to an occasional?

He will need a catalog just to cover the music since the last issue.
